单核细胞趋化蛋白-1与糖尿病动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:4

摘要 在人和动物动脉粥样硬化损伤处80%的白细胞是单核/巨噬细胞。单核细胞趋化蛋白(MCP)-1是调节单核细胞/巨噬细胞迁移与渗透的最重要的趋化因子。形成粥样斑的细胞(包括内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞和巨噬细胞等)通过表达MCP—1和趋化因子受体2途径增加动脉粥样硬化损伤。长期高血糖形成的高级糖基化终末产物(AGE)及糖尿病状态时一氧化氮(NO)合成减少或活性下降均可使MCP-1的表达增加。
