摘要
在信息化高度发展的今天,对传统的公共卫生数据传输机制和管理方式进行信息化改革,成为当前农村地区公共卫生建设的当务之急。本文通过调查分析,设计了基于GIS的农村公共卫生管理信息系统的总体结构框架和网络结构框架,将系统人员分成不同的层次,系统功能分设不同的模块,从而有效地进行管理,同时以虚拟专网与上级机构进行通讯,以普通Internet网与农村基层机构建立联系,从而构建有效的传输网络,使公共卫生信息畅通无阻。
When information revolution spread all over the world, it is necessary to reform the mechanism of rural public health information transmission and management. According to investigation, the paper designed an overall framework and network framework of rural public health management information system based on GIS. In the system, the user is divided into deferent administrative levels, and the function of the system is divided into several models, which is convenient for management. At the same time, the system communicates with superior departments by virtual private network, and communicates with headstream of public health - the institutions in villages or towns by network, so the data transmission network is easier and faster than before.
