摘要
在竞技运动中,力量素质是制胜的关健因素之一,是其它身体素质的基础。因此,在进行运动训练的过程中,如何提高运动员的力量素质是广大教练员广泛关注的问题。本文就发展力量素质的训练方法,训练原则以及进行力量训练时的注意事项进行综述,以期对运动训练过程中的力量训练方法提供一定的参考。
In competitive sports, strength is one of the key factors to win. It is the basis of other physical fitness. Therefore, during the training, the coaches and athletes are concern how to improve the strength. This paper makes review on training methods, training principles as well as strength training for the attention of developing the strength in order to provide the reference for strength training.
