庆阳市推进特色农产品产业化发展的对策

Strategies for Implementing Characteristic Agriculture in Qingyang,Gansu Province

特色农产品产业是庆阳市发展地方经济的主导产业。文章回顾了庆阳市推进特色农产品产业化发展取得的成就,针对产业化发展中存在的问题,提出了新的发展理念。为了进一步推进特色农产品产业化的发展,需要采取一些行之有效的对策,即:注重研究,组织协调,面向国际市场;优化机制,完善政策,扶持特色产业的发展;挖掘区域优势,塑造特色品牌;推进原产地认证与标准化体系建设;因地制宜,科学规划,整合资源;加强技术创新;加快产业集群建设;以文化建设促产业发展;健全风险保障机制。

Characteristic agriculture is the major industrialization in Qingyang local economic development. The article reviews the achievments got from the development of characteristic agriculture and presents some novel concepts according to the prodlems in the process of development in Qingyang. Some new practical measures need to be taken in order to further develop characteristic products, such as emphasizing field research,organization,cooperation and directing at the international markets;optimizing the systems at all levels, perfecting whole-round policies, assisting the development of local characteristic agriculture;making full use of local superiorities, creating characteristic brands; promoting the systems of the standardization and the place of origin approval ; strengthening technological innovation by taking actions that suit local situation; scientifically planning and rearranging different kinds of resources; reinforcing the construction of industrial groups;and promoting cultural industrialization; and completing secure systems.
