Thought on Professionalization Development of Social Work in China

文章结合我国社会工作职业化发展现状,剖析了我国社会工作职业化发展过程中的主要问题,进而从明确社会工作的职业领域、健全社会工作机构的管理体制、完善社会工作的法律制度体系等方面进行了策略分析。

In China, social work starts lately, which has not yet established a comprehensive professionalization development system, and its social recognition is not high. But as an emerging profession, social work has broad prospects for development in China. This paper analyses the current major issues in the process of professionalization development of social work in China, and carries out countermeasures from the areas of conforming the area of social work professionalization, improving the social work agency＇s management system and perfecting the legal system of social work. This will have certain significance for improving the quality of the social workers team and promoting the coordinated development of social work in China.
