广东省商品林经营管理后续政策探讨

Discussion on the Follow-up Policy of Commercial Forest Management in Guangdong Province

文章通过调研,实证分析了广东省现有商品林经营管理政策不足,提出需完善森林产权制度,放宽森林采伐限额管理,完善森林资源评估体系,出台流转条例,促进林木、林地流转,为构建发达的林业产业体系提供政策参考。

Based investigation data and analysis of the shortcomings of Cuangdong Province＇ s present Commercial Forest policy conditions, this paper suggests the following to provide reference for constructing developed industrialization system of forestry ： clearing forestry ownership, the management of forestry limitation cut, building up the forestry evaluation system, and promulgating the circulation ordinance of forest and forest land.
