A Tentative Study of Student Assistant in Library Management in Colleges

高校图书馆聘请"学生助理"有着重要意义,既缓解了图书馆人手不足的问题,也减轻了自身的经济压力。但学生助理在工作中容易出现挑剔工种、工作时间和工作质量难以保证的现象,因此提出了解决问题的六种建议。

It is of great significance to hire student assistant in library management in colleges. They can ease the problem of short - handed and reduce the economic pressure of the students themselves. However, there may appear the phenomena of picking fault of jobs, difficulty in guaranteeing the work time and work quality. Hence, the author put forward six solutions to the problems in this paper.
