摘要
基于不同智能技术开发的故障诊断系统在不同的应用环境中表现迥异,如何根据应用评估并选择合适的算法是故障诊断系统设计的关键问题。提出了故障诊断系统中正负收益和综合收益的概念,分析了影响故障诊断系统实施效用的主要因素,设计了综合收益评价模型。该模型在汽车发动机、航空发动机两种典型设备的故障诊断系统设计过程中的应用结果显示综合收益评价模型有较高的评估选择能力。
Performance of fault diagnosis system (FDS) based on different intelligent technology varies a lot in difference environment. How to evaluate and choose a suitable algorithm is key issues in FDS design This paper put forward a theory of positive,negative and overall benefit in FDS, analyzed the main factors affecting the implementation effectiveness of FDS and designed an overall evaluation model. Applied in FDS design for car engines and aero-engine, the model shows high performance.
