西北军队医院开展整体护理的难点及对策

Difficult Points and Countermeasures in Development of Holistic Nursing Care in Hospitals in the Northwest Army

按照医院分级管理标准对西北军队１０所医院２８个责任制护理病区进行检查，发现存在以下问题：床、护比例不合理；病房无中、高级技术职称的护理人员进行专科业务指导；医院领导对责任制护理认识不足；缺乏信息交流。以上问题均影响了新的护理制度的开展，并提出了针对性的对策。

According to the standard of management at different levels of hospitals,28 medical Areas practicing the responsibility system in 10 hospitals in the North west Army were checked.Following problems were found:①Ratio of bed to nurse was irrational;②There were not middle-and high-ranking nursing stuffs who may do professional guide in one's department;③Leaders of hospitals had insufficient recongnition on the responsibility nursing system;and ④Lack of information exchange interfered with development of this new nursing system.The directed countermeasures are proposed.
