摘要
首先研究钢纤维粉煤灰混凝土的基本力学特性,通过对掺入不同钢纤维体积率和不同粉煤灰掺量的混凝土进行试验,得出力学特性较好的配比进行砌块的试验研究。试验结果发现在粉煤灰混凝土砌块中掺入一定体积率的钢纤维,不仅能够提高砌块砌体的抗压强度,也改善砌块砌体的变形性能和破坏形式。同时对砌块砌体进行有限元分析,根据模型试验与数值模拟分析,得出其应力分布规律和变形形态,为钢纤维粉煤灰混凝土砌块的应用提供理论依据。
At first, the basic mechanical properties of the fly ash concrete with steel fibers are studied, then, the blocks of this concrete are tested and studied. The results indicate that it could not only enhance its compressive strength, but also improve its deformation performance and destruction form to mix the steel fibers to the block of the fly ash concrete in a certain proportion. At the same time, through the model test and numerical analysis on the block of this concrete, its stress distribution and deformation features are obtained to provide the theoretical basis for using the block of the fly ash concrete with the steel fibers.
