摘要
新型粘钢技术是通过自锁锚杆固定钢板、建筑结构无机填充料粘结,使钢板与原混凝土结构形成一种高强复合结构。该技术应用到韦水倒虹加固上,对钢筋混凝土管起到补强加固和抗冲耐磨的作用。新型粘钢技术的创新点是采用自锁锚杆取代常规锚杆,固定牢靠、抗拉拔能力强、锚固速度快;采用建筑结构无机填充材料取代常规的建筑结构有机胶,避免了锚杆与钢板焊接时高温破坏连接锚杆的填充材料。与其它加固方法相比技术先进、补强效果好、抗磨性能强、寿命较长,施工简便,安全可靠、费用较小,值得在类似水利工程加固中借鉴。
The new glue steel technology, to be able to make the steel plate and initial concrete structure form a high strength compound structure through fixing by the self-locked stock and bonding by the inorganieal packing materials, is applied to the reinforcing project of Weishui inverted siphon, which can play the role of strengthening and abrasion resistance for the reinforced concrete pipes. The innovation point of this new glue steel technology is that the self-locked stock is applied to take the place of the common stock, so as to fix firmly, to be well for its tensile strength and to anchor fast, and the inorganical packing materials are applied to take the place of the organic glue, so as to avoid to destroy the packing materials during welding. Compared with the other methods, it has such the advantages as being more modem, well effect strong abrasion resistance, long life-span, convenient construction, being safe and reliable, lower costs et al., what is more, which are worth drawing lessons for the similar works.
