基于Excel的回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度计算程序 被引量:7

摘要 目前在回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度数据处理方面主要有手工处理和专用计算软件两种,前者在处理多个混凝土构件回弹数据时,劳动强度大,工作效率低,且容易出错;后者编写过程较复杂,且操作过程也较繁琐,一般检测人员很难掌握,而大多计算结果也不能直接被复制到检测报告中,给工作带来诸多不便。基于Excel内置函数编制的回弹法检测混凝土抗压强度计算程序,通过输入回弹数据,结合实际参数,能快速、准确计算出混凝土构件的推定抗压强度。由于Microsoft Office系列软件之间良好的兼容性,其计算结果可直接被复制到Word中,从而大大提高编写检测报告的工作效率。 At present, there exist two methods such as manual processing and specific calculation software in the data processing system for compressive strength of concrete detected by the rebound method. The former has great labour intensity, low work efficiency and is prone to error. The latter has a complicate compiling and operating process, even the general detection personnel feels it difficult to be mastered. Meanwhile, most results cannot be copied to the detection report directly, which brings much difficulty to the work. So, a new data processing system for compressive strength of concrete detected by the rebound method based on inner function in Excel is presented in this paper, which has a series of advantages, such as simple operation, convenience application, and that the results can be copied to the detection report directly etc., thus it can greatly improve the work efficiency.
