摘要
目的观察细胞周期蛋白E(CyclinE)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及其在皮肤鳞状细胞癌发生发展中的作用。方法用免疫组织化学技术检测30例皮肤鳞癌石蜡包埋组织和8例正常皮肤组织CyclinE、PCNA的表达。结果CyclinE在皮肤鳞癌组织中表达高于对照组(P<0.01),在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中各分级间表达强度差异有显著性意义(P<0.01);PCNA在皮肤鳞癌组织中表达强度高于对照组(P<0.001),在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中各分级间表达强度差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论CyclinE在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中阳性表达上调,PCNA在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中阳性表达强度上调,CyclinE在皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织中各分级间表达强度有显著差异,分级越高表达强度也越高。
Objective To observe the expression of PCNA and CyclinE in cutaneous squamous carcinoma and to study the relationship with the genesis and development of cutaneous squamous carcinoma. Methods A total of 30 specimens of cutaneous squamous carcinoma were evaluated by inmmunohistochemical technique with monoclonal antibody for the expression of PCNA and CyclinE. Results The positive expression rate of CyclinE in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher compared to normal skin (P 〈 0.01). The positive expression degree of CyclinE in various grades of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma has significant difference ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The positive expression degree of PCNA in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma was higher compared to normal skin ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The positive expression degree of PCNA in various grades of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma was not significantly different ( P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The positive expression of CyclinE is up-regulated in the cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. The positive expression degree of PCNA is up-regulated in the cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. The positive expression degree of CyclinE in various grades of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma has significant difference.
