转移因子联合抗甲状腺药物治疗甲亢Graves病357例临床观察

Transfer factor capsules and antithyroid drugs for treatment of hyperthyroidism Graves disease: a clinical analysis of 357 cases

目的探讨免疫调节剂转移因子联合抗甲状腺药物治疗甲亢Graves病中的疗效及安全性。方法713例甲亢G raves病患者按就诊先后顺序编号,采用随机数字表法分成A、B两组。两组均予禁碘饮食,常规口服抗甲状腺药物(ATD),A组在此基础上加用转移因子胶囊,观察两组疗效及药物安全性。结果ATD达到最小维持量所需时间明显缩短;甲状腺缩小率得到提高;治疗期间侵润性突眼发生率、外周血白细胞减少、肝功异常及过敏反应发生率明显降低;ATD维持治疗期间疾病反弹率明显降低;停药1年内的甲亢复发率明显降低。结论转移因子胶囊可作为甲亢G raves病的辅助用药。

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect and safety of immunomodulator transfer factors and antithyroid drugs for treatment of hyperthyroidism Graves disease. Methods A total of 713 patients suffering from hyperthyroid Graves disease were randomly divided into two groups （ Group A and B）. They were given iodine-free diet and antithyroid drugs orally. The transfer agent capsule was added to patients of Group A. The effect and safety were observed. Results The time for thyroid diminution and the minimum maintenance dose of antithyroid drugs were significantly reduced. The extent of thyroid diminution was more evident. The incidences of infiltrated exophthalmos, peripheral hypoleucocytosis, liver function abnormality and allergic reaction？ were significantly reduced during the course of treatment. The rebound rate of the disease decreased conspicuously during the period of treatment. The relapse rate decreased significantly within one year of drug-withdrawal. Conclusion Transfer factor capsules can be used as an adjunctive drug of Graves disease.
