摘要
目的研究黄芪通脉汤对闭塞性动脉硬化症(ASO)患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法通过高分辨超声检测30名健康查体者(对照组)及34例ASO患者(ASO组)治疗前后内皮依赖性舒张功能(EDD)及非内皮依赖性舒张功能(EID)的变化,并测定内皮素-1(ET-1)、血栓素B2(TXB2)、一氧化氮(NO)及6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)的浓度变化。结果ASO组EDD较对照组明显降低,ET-1、TXB2水平高于对照组,NO、6-Keto-PGF1α水平低于对照组。经黄芪通脉汤治疗后,ASO患者EDD明显改善,ET-1、TXB2水平降低,NO、6-Keto-PGF1α水平升高。结论内皮功能障碍在ASO的发病中起着重要作用,黄芪通脉汤能明显改善ASO患者血管内皮功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of Huangqitongmai decoction on the endothelial function in patients (pts) with arteriosclerosis obliterans (ASO). Methods Thirty- four pts with ASO were selected as the test group and 30 healthy controls were as the control group. Endothelium - dependent dilation (EDD) and endothelium - independent dilation (EID) were measured pre - and post- treatment with H uangqitongmai decoction. The endothelin - 1 (ET - 1 ), thromboxane B2 (TXB2), nitric oxide (NO) and 6 - keto - prostaglandinF1α, (6 - Keto - PGF1α ) were also studied. Results The EDD in test group were reduced significantly as compared with that in control group. The levels of ET - 1 and TXB2 were higher than that in control group,while the levels of NO and 6 - Keto - PGF1α were declined significantly as compared with that in control group. After the treatment with Huangqitongmai decoction, the levels of EDD,NO and 6 - Keto- PGF1α were improved significantly while the levels of ET - 1 and TXB2 decreased respectively. Conclusion Vascular endothelial dysfunction might play an important role in the pathogenesis of ASO and Huangqitongmai decoction could improve impaired endothelial function.
