衰老小鼠心肌缺血对线粒体Mn-SOD活性改变的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨小鼠心肌缺血对线粒体锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)活性的改变及其意义。方法以D-半乳糖(D-gal)建立人工衰老小鼠,观察心肌缺血时线粒体锰超氧化物歧化酶(Mn-SOD)活性的变化。结果D-gal衰老小鼠较青年小鼠心肌细胞线粒体Mn-SOD活性降低(P<0.05),心肌缺血损伤时线粒体Mn-SOD活性升高(P<0.05),且青年心肌缺血组线粒体Mn-SOD活性较衰老模型心肌缺血组显著升高(P<0.01)。结论衰老小鼠心肌细胞线粒体Mn-SOD活性均降低与衰老时细胞抗氧化水平降低有关;心肌缺血损伤时线粒体Mn-SOD活性变化可能与氧化应激有关。
