异舒吉与欣康治疗不稳定心绞痛疗效对比研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的观察欣康与异舒吉治疗不稳定心绞痛的临床疗效及不良反应。方法应用欣康治疗与应用异舒吉治疗不稳定心绞痛对照比较治疗效果。结果异舒吉治疗不稳定心绞痛改善供血比欣康组药物疗效好,两者有显著差异,且异舒吉治疗组的不良反应明显少于欣康组。结论与欣康组药物相比,异舒吉组药物有更好的治疗作用,能有效控制不稳定心绞痛,可作为治疗不稳定心绞痛的首选药物。 Objective To observe the clinical effect on angina with Xinkang and Yishuji drugs. Methods The treatment results of Xinkang and Yishuji were compared with routine method for CHD Angina. Results The blood supply of Yishuji group for CHD Angina had improved better than that of Xinkang group, besides that the side effect was little. Conclusion The Yishuji might be a beat choice drug to treat CHD that might have good effect and relieve angina well.
