126例腹部闭合性损伤的护理体会

Nursing Experience of 126 Cases of Closed Abdominal Injury

目的探讨腹部闭合性损伤的观察和护理方法。方法对我院2001年2月至2008年2月间收治的腹部闭合性损伤126例患者住院期间的护理情况进行回顾性分析,总结护理及早期观察要点。结果闭合性单纯腹腔脏器损伤87例,伴发腹外脏器损伤39例,非手术治疗106例,手术治疗20例。住院期间无并发症及死亡发生,126例患者均痊愈出院。结论对于腹部闭合性损伤的护理观察有无伴发内脏损伤及腹外脏器损伤,为医生及时动态地提供有效的观察结果,对提高治愈率、降低死亡率有重要意义。

Objective： To study the observation of closed abdominal injury and the way of nursing. Methods： During February 2001 to February 2008, the treatment of 126 cases of patients with blunt abdominal, the care situation in hospital which to be being retrospective analysis, the sum of nursing and the early observation points. Results： Simply closed 87 cases of abdominal injury, visceral abdominal injury associated with 39 cases, non-surgical treatment of 106 cases, 20 cases of surgical treatment. No in-patient deaths and complications occurred in 126 cases of patients were cured and discharged. Conclusion： Blunt abdominal trauma care and observation showed unaccompanied internal organ damages and abdominal organ injuries. It is of great significance for doctors timely to provide dynamic and effective results in improving the cure rate and lowering the mortality rate.
