通过对美英日三国高等学校成人与继续教育的比较研究,针对我国高等学校成人与继续教育的现状和问题,提出在构建学习型社会背景下,发展我国高等学校成人与继续教育的措施与建议。

Structuring a learning society in which all people will learn or even pursue life - long education has provided a turning point for the development of adult and continuing education in institution of higher learning of China, and has brought forward higher call at the same time. Through a comparative study of the adult and continuing education in institution of higher learning of USA, UK and Japan, this article puts forward measures and suggestions for developing adult and continuing education in institution of higher learning of our county in accordance with its current situation and problems under the circumstance of structuring a learning society.
