摘要
文章研究了以粗蜂胶为原料,采用醇溶法提取蜂胶有效成分的工艺,并以总黄酮含量为指标,做正交实验对工艺条件进行分析探讨,确定影响蜂胶有效成分提取效果的因素,从而选取最佳工艺条件。结果表明:提取温度80℃、提取时间1.5 h、乙醇浓度75%、料液比为1∶25是提取蜂胶有效成分的最佳工艺条件,在此条件下提取的蜂胶的总黄酮含量为5.97%。
This paper deals with the technology to extract the active component of propolis by ethanol. In order to determine the technical factors to impact the effect of active ingredients extraction from propolis and find the optimum conditions, orthogonal experiments are performed with crude propolis as raw material, total flavonoid content as an indicator. The results obtained show that the optimum conditions to extract the active ingredients of propolis are : 80 ℃ of erxtraetion temperature, 1.5 h of time elapsed , 75 percent of alcohol concentration, 1:25 of material and liquid ratio. Flavonoids content extracted is 5.97% in that condition.
