超声与常规法对部分中药甙类成分提出率的比较

COMPARISON OF EXTRACTION RATE OF GLYCOSIDES WITH ULTRASONIC METHOD VS.TRADITIONAL METHOD

以超声和常规两种提取方法对黄芩等５种中药的甙类成分进行提取，比较了有效成分的提出率和ＮＭＲ、ＬＣ图谱。证明了超声提取具有省时、节能、提出率高等优点，是一种快速、高效的提取新方法。

Glycosides were extracted from 5 kinds of folk medicine by traditional method and ultrasonic method.Their extraclion rate and spectra of the active components were compared,The results showed that ultrasonic method is a timesaving,energysaving method with high extraction rate.
