摘要
以羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为助悬剂制备布洛芬混悬剂,经Hakke粘度测定仪测定为假塑性流体,加速离心后沉降容积比为0.95。40℃加速试验3个月,药物含量稳定,粒径分布经TAⅡ型库尔特计数器测定,d50为3.2μm,加速试验1、2、3个月,d50分别为3.4、3.2、3.5μm,无明显变化。
Ibuprofen suspension was prepared with hydroxypropylmethylcellulose(HPMC) as dispersing agent and behaved as a pseudoplastic fluid by Hakke viscotester. The sedimentation volume ratio was 0.95 after centrifuge. The diameter distribution was determined by coulter counter (TAⅡ) and d50 was 3.2 μm. After the accelerated tests at 40℃ 75%RH for 3 months, there were no significant changes in the diameter distribution, and the preparation was stable.
