摘要
以连苯三酚自氧化法为例，探讨了抑制率、指示反应速率差与超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）浓度之间的关系。采用下列定值方法，即根据指示反应速率差计算ＳＯＤ活性，并以酶活性的国际单位表示，可使不同条件和方法得出准确一致的测定结果。
The method of autoxidation of pyrogallol is taken as an example to discuss the relationship of percentage of inhibition, the difference of rate of indicator reaction, and SOD concentration. The conclusion is that if the SOD activity is calculated according to the difference of rate of indicator reaction and expressed with the international unit, the results of different assay methods and of different conditions will be comparable.
