HPLC DETERMINATION OF COMPOUND RESERPINE TABLETS USING ELECTROCHEMICAL DETETOR

以甲醇－水－乙酸（７５∶２０∶５）为流动相，在ＳｐｈｅｒｉｓｏｒｂＣ１８柱上，以对乙酰氨基酚为内标，用电化学检测器测定复方利血平片中利血平含量。其平均回收率为９９．０１％，ＲＳＤ为１．５１％。

Reserpine can be determined on a Spherisorb C18 column with a mobile phase of methanolwateracetic acid(75∶20∶5) and flow rate of 1.50 ml/min,column temperature was 40°C and operating potential for electrochemical detector was 0.70 V.Paracetamol was internal standard.The linear range was 0.1～10.0 μg/ml,and the detection limit 0.1 μg/ml.The average recovery was 99.01% with RSD of 1.51%.
