复合纺丝法制备聚合物瓣状光纤的纺丝工艺研究

摘要 文中对复合纺丝法制备聚合物瓣状光纤的纺丝工艺进行了研究。采用聚碳酸酯为高折射率组分、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯为低折射率组分进行复合纺丝,对纺丝工艺条件,如纺丝温度、计量泵赫兹数、冷却系统参数和卷绕速度进行研究,初步确定了最佳的纺丝工艺条件,制得了瓣状光纤。研究结果表明,通过复合纺丝法制备聚合物瓣状光纤是可行的。 The spinning technology of fabricating polymer segmented cladding fiber by bicomponent spinning is studied in this paper. The spinning temperature is researched with polycarbonate and polymethyl methacrylate as high and low refractive indices material, respectively. For the cross-section designed, the frequency ratio of the metering pumps, cooling parameter and winding speed are also analyzed and the segmented cladding fiber is obtained.
