摘要
目的:观察慢性非瓣膜心房颤动患者血浆TNF-α、IFN-γ的变化,探讨炎症与慢性非瓣膜心房颤动的关系。方法:45例住院患者分为持续性非瓣膜心房颤动组(NVAF组)24例,对照组(非房颤组)21例。检测其血浆TNF-α、IFN-γ水平并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:NVAF组TNF-α(0.08±0.04和0.10±0.02)、IFN-γ(0.10±0.02和0.13±0.02),(均P<0.05)均显著高于对照组,且两者呈直线相关关系。结论:炎症反应参与慢性非瓣膜心房颤动的发生与发展过程。
Objective ：To observe the changing of TNF-α and IFN-γin patients with chronic non-valvular atrial fibrillation （NVAF） and explore the relationship of inflammation and NVAF. Methods：Forty five patients were divided into NVAF group （n = 24） and non AF group（n = 21 ）. The levds of TNF-α and IFN-γ were measured. Results：The levels of plasma TNF-α and IFN-γ of NVAF group are significant higher than those of non-AF group（31.96 ± 16.58 vs 19.24 ± 7.60,P〈0.05） and （27.75 ± 11.05 vs 19.48 ± 5.99, P〈0.05 ） . And there was a linear regression relationship between plasma TNF-α and IFN-γ（r = 0. 825,P〈0.01 ） Conclusion：There is an association between inflammation and chronic non-valvular atrial fibrillation.
