摘要
目的:分析长期石料加工从业人员的肺功能损害发生情况,了解石料加工者避免肺功能损害的措施。方法:一组选择湿式作业者149名,其中不同吸烟指数者119例,不吸烟者者30例为对照组;另一组选择同一区域不吸烟者168名,其中石料加工者130例为研究对象,不从事石料加工的健康农民38例为对照者。采用IOS脉冲振荡肺功能检测仪,采用非条件Logis-tic回归模型对影响因素进行分析。结果:不同吸烟指数湿式作业方式组FVC、FEV1.0实测值与其预测值的比值均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);石料加工者作业方式的发生肺功能损害的风险及程度也不同;干式作业者,限制性和混合性通气功能损害发生率明显增高(χ2=67.46,51.19,P<0.05)。结论:不同吸烟指数与对照组相比,石料加工者发生肺功能损害的程度及风险随吸烟指数的增加而增加;不同作业方式与对照者相比,干式作业较湿式作业造成肺功能损害的程度明显增加。
Objective:To analyse the impairment level of lung function of stone material processors who had been working in this field for a long time, and the ways they adopted to protect themselves. Methods: We enrolled 149 protected stone material processors, among them 119 smokers with different smoking indexes, and the rest 30 nonsmokers formed the control group, at the same time, 130 stone material processors and 38 farmers living in the same area were assigned as the experimental and control group respectively. The lung function was assessed by the ratio of real and predicted values of lung function, and the real values of lung function were detected by IOS pulse oscillation technique, and impacting factors were analysed by unconditioned logistic regression model. Results: The ratio of real and predicted values of FVC and FEV30 were significantly lower than that of the controlled group (P〈0.05). limited and mixed ventilation failure happened more often among the unprotected stone material processors than that of protected ones(P〈0.05). Concluslon:Compared with the controlled group, the level of impairment of lung function of processors was positively related with the values of smoking indexes; unprotected processors had more serious impairment of lung function than that of the protected ones.
