锁骨钩钢板治疗急性TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位54例报告

The Treatment of Tossy Grade Ⅲ Acromioclavicular Joint Acute Dislocation with Clavicular Hook Plate:54 Cases Report

目的:探讨锁骨钩钢板治疗急性TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的疗效。方法:采用Welink公司的wolter锁骨钩钢板和AO/ASIF公司的AO锁骨钩钢板,治疗急性TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位患者54例,并用Karlsson评价标准进行疗效评价。结果:54例均获随访,随访时间8～15个月,平均12个月。优45例,良8例,差1例,优良率98.1%,无钢板螺钉断裂和切口感染。结论:锁骨钩钢板治疗急性TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位的疗效肯定,是较理想的内固定方法之一。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of surgical treatment of Tossy Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint acute dislocation with clavicular hook plate. Methods： In this retrospective study, 54 patients with acromioclavicular joint acute dislocation Tossy stage Ⅲ were treated with woher clavicular hook plateand AO clavicular hook plate,and the curative effects were evaluated according to Karlsson standard. Results： All the 54 patients were followed up for an average of 12 months（8 to 15 months）. The percent of patients with excellent and good results was 98.1 %（45 excellent, 8 good and 1 failure） . No breakage of the implants and no incision of the wounds occurred in this series. Conclusion： The curative effects were satisfactory, so clavicular hook plate is an ideal way to the patients of Tossy Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint acute dislocation.
