摘要
目的:研究水通道蛋白1(aquaporin1,AQP1)在常年变应性鼻炎鼻黏膜中的表达及分布,并探讨其与变应性鼻炎的关系。方法:取17例常年变应性鼻炎患者鼻黏膜组织及16例鼻中隔偏曲患者下鼻甲组织,应用免疫组织化学技术检测AQP1在常年变应性鼻炎鼻黏膜和正常对照组织中的表达及分布。结果:常规HE染色示常年变应性鼻炎组鼻黏膜上皮内有以嗜酸性粒细胞为主的炎性细胞浸润,杯状细胞增多,并伴有明显的腺体增生。②AQP1在常年变应性鼻炎鼻黏膜中的分布部位与正常鼻黏膜基本一致,主要表达于上皮表面假复层纤毛柱状细胞层、基底细胞层、固有层的浆液性腺细胞、混合腺腺细胞以及上皮下毛细血管及血窦内皮,但其在常年变应性鼻炎组鼻黏膜中的表达显著增高。③免疫组织化学染色的统计学分析显示,常年变应性鼻炎组AQP1在鼻黏膜中表达的量明显高于正常鼻黏膜组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常年变应性鼻炎时,AQP1的高表达与腺体过度分泌密切相关。
Objective:To study the expression and distribution of aquaporin 1 (AQP1) in human nasal mucosa of perennial allergic rhinitis and to investigate the relationship between AQP1 and allergic rhinitis. Methods:The human nasal mucosa of 17 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis and 16 normal inferior turbinat mucosa in control group were observed by immunohistochemical staining to detect the expression of AQP1. Results:(1) Hematoxylin and eosin staining showed that there was obvious inflammation reaction, a large quantity of glands hyperplasia and acidophils soaked in nasal mucosa from human with allergic rhinitis. (2)Immunohistochemical staining showed that the distribution of AQPI in normal inferior turbinate nasal mucosa was in accordance with that in nasal mucosa from human with perennial allergic rhinitis on the whole AQP1 expressed mainly in the columnar cells of the superficial epithelium mucosa and cytoplasm of the epithelium in the glands, basal cell layer, micrangium of epithelium. (3)The statistical analysis of the immunohistochemical staining showed that the quantity of AQP1 in nasal rnucosa with allergic rhinitis was obviously higher than that in the normal inferior turbinat mucosa. There was statistical significance between the two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The hypersecretion of glands has a close relationship with the high expression of AQP1 in perennial allergic rhinitis.
