摘要
目的:针对安氏Ⅱ2类Ⅲ度深覆,探讨早期矫治的临床意义。方法:选择10例7～9岁安氏Ⅱ2类Ⅲ度深覆患儿的研究模型。观察模型特征,并结合临床检查资料进行分析,以去除病因为目标进行早期矫治。结果:早期矫治解除了上切牙对下颌的闭锁结,增加了牙弓前段长度,消除咬合创伤,解除可能影响牙颌面发育的不利因素。结论:安氏Ⅱ2类Ⅲ度深覆患儿采取早期矫治十分必要。
Objective：The purpose of this study was to discuss the necessity of early treatment of Angle classⅡ^ 2 malocclusion with severe deep bite. Methods： Ten patients with Angle class Ⅱ^ 2 malocclusion with severe deep bite with were selected. Precise study models of each patient were measured and analyzed. Results： It turns out that early orthodontic therapy was helpful to in cline the upper anterior teeth, lengthen,the dental arch,and reduce occlusal trauma. Early orthodontic therapy was of benefit to maxillofacial growth and development. Conclusion： It is necessary to take early orthodontic treatment for Angle class Ⅱ^2 malocclusion patient with severe deep bite.
