摘要
以不同剂量蒺藜ig正常小鼠，蒺藜有降血糖作用，呈一定量效关系趋势；蒺藜明显降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠血糖、血清及胰腺组织过氧化脂质含量，提高四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠血清胰岛素水平；具有改善小鼠糖耐量作用。
Tribulus terrestris showed hypoglycemic effect in normal mice in a dose-dependent mannor,after intragastric administration. It decreased significantly blood sugar level,serum and pancreas lipid peroxidation (LPO) and increased serum insulin in alloxan diabetic mice and improved their glucose tolerance.
