中药山紫菀类研究──Ⅰ.山紫菀类药材药源调查及原植物鉴定

Studies on Chinese Medicinal Herbs:Shanziwan (Radix et Rhizoma Ligualariae)Ⅰ. Survey on Resources and Identification of Original Plants

对四川、云南、贵州、辽宁、吉林、黑龙江、陕西、甘肃、新疆等山紫菀类药材主产地进行了药源调查和标本采集，鉴定出橐吾属植物26种1变种，列出了原植物鉴定检索表，基本搞清了目前山紫菀类药材的基源、分布及产销情况。

Shanziwan (Radix et Rhizoma Ligulariae),a substitute for Radix Asterisi (Chinese name Ziwan),has been used as an antitussive and expectorant in Traditional Chinese Medicine for centuries. Our survey on drug resources in Sichuan,Yunnan,Guizhou,Jilin,Heilongjiang, Shanxi, Gansu, Xinjiang Provinces indicated that 26 species and 1 variety from genus Ligularia (Compositae) are used as Ziwan or Shanziwan,among them, Ligularia hodgsonii Hook., L. wilsoniana (Hemsl) Greenm., L. intermedia Nakai, L. sibirica(L.) Cass. var. araneosa DC. and L. fischeri (Ledeb.)Turcz. are the most commonly used species and have been documented in pharmacopeial standards of herbal plants in Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan and Jilin provinces. From the collected 400 specimens,a new species,namely Ligularia eriocaulis M. Zhang et L. S. Xu,along with other 26 species and 1 variety were taxonomically described and a key for classification of the 27 taxa was given.
