On the Influence of Female Higher Education on Japanese Women' s Occupation

日本女子教育初期主要是以培养"贤妻良母"为目标的传统人文教育。随着"男女平等"思想被引入日本社会,日本女子高等教育便以其特有的方式悄然改变日本女性在社会、家庭、工作中的地位。不同时期的日本高等教育对日本女子职业性产生了不同的影响。

The original target of female education in Japan is a kind of humanity education for virtuous wife and good mother. As the thought of ＂the equality of men and women＂ was brought in Japan, Japanese female higher education began to transform Japanese women＇ s status in society, family and work by its own way. This paper analyzes the influence of Japanese higher education on Japanese women＇ s occupation in different periods.
