The Calculation and Analysis of Water Environment Carrying Capacity of Liaoning

用改进的层次分析法确定评价指标体系中各指标权重,并结合数学模型法分析辽宁省水环境承载力,把分析结果和全国均值进行比较,分析辽宁省水环境承载力状况,得出辽宁省水环境承载力低于国家均值,水质承载力和水量承载力是辽宁省水环境状况的制约因素。针对分析结果提出有效的改善水环境状况的建议,使辽宁省水资源实现可持续利用成为可能。

In this article, the authors use the improved Analytic Hierarchy Process method to determine the index weight of the evaluation index system and calculate water environment carrying capacity of Liaoning with model method. Then the article compare with the national average standard, analyze the situation of the water environment carrying capacity of Liaoning. Finally, the authors get the result that the water environment carrying capacity of Liaoning is lower than the national average and the quality and quantity carrying capacity is the constraints of the water environment of Liaoning. The authors propose effective suggestions to improve the state of water environment and make sustainable use of water resources come true.
