摘要
介绍了国外高校教师绩效考核的变革、发展、方式、内容、发展方向、趋势,借鉴提出了我国高校教师绩效考核与薪酬管理的构想:健全考核评估制度,加强聘后管理;深化分配制度改革,完善薪酬管理。
The essay introduces the reform, development, methods, orientation and trend of college teachers' performance examination and brings out the conception of performance examination and salary management-improving system of personnel performance examination and evaluation, strengthening the management after employment; deepening the reform of the system for income distribution and improving the salary management.
