两种光谱治疗仪对退行性骨关节病的康复效果分析

Two spectral instruments for the treatment of degenerative osteoarthritis of the analysis of the effect of rehabilitation

目的:退行性骨关节病是一个普遍发生于老年人的疾病,几乎已成为老年人的特征之一。由于本病的折磨,使晚年生活质量下降,因此研究探讨老年人运动支持器官疾病的康复,是顺应我国人口老龄化的发展趋势和老年人功能障碍的特点以及对康复保健日益增长的需求。方法:本文小结应用WS—多功能频谱治疗仪和特定电磁波治疗仪(以下简称频谱仪和TDP仪)治疗退行性骨关节病60例。结果:频谱仪治疗退行性骨关节病的痊愈显效率、有效率分别为20%、63.3%;TDP治疗仪治疗退行性骨关节病的显效率、有效率分别为16.7%、63.3%。结论:频谱仪和TDP仪治疗退行性骨关节病均有疗效,二种方法治疗总有效率虽有差异,惜尚未表现显著。

Purpose： Degenerative osteoarthritis is a common occurrence of the disease in the elderly, has almost become one of the characteristics of the elderly. As a result of the torture of disease, old age so that the decline in the quality of life,the study of diseases of the elderly movement in support of organ recovery, is in line with China＇s aging population trends and characteristics of the dysfunction of the elderly as well as the rehabilitation of the growing demand for health care. Methods：Summary of application of this article WS-instrument and multi-spectrum treatment of specific therapeutic apparatus of electromagnetic waves （hereinafter referred to as Spectrum Analyzer and the instrument TDP） in the treatment of degenerative osteoarthritis in 60 cases. Results： Spectrum Analyzer the treatment of degenerative osteoarthritis of the significant recovery efficiency, effective rates were 20%, 63.3%; TDP Therapy Instrument treatment of degenerative osteoarthritis of the remarkable efficiency of the effective rates were 16.7%, 63.3%. Conclusions： Spectrum Analyzer and the TDP Miriam treatment of degenerative osteoarthritis have effect, the two methods of treatment although there are always differences in efficiency, but unfortunately not yet reached significant.
