电力系统继电保护及自动化设备电磁兼容标准的发展动向 被引量:5

摘要 科学技术的发展,微机型和数字型继电保护及自动化设备越来越多的采用数字化技术和高速微处理器的计算机技术;这些先进的产品,对于电力系统的发展和安全可靠运行起到积极推动作用。但是,电力系统的发展使其电磁环境变得越来越严酷,反过来要影响继电保护及自动化设备的正常功能。国际电工委员会IEC标准做了大量工作,已形成较为完整的标准体系。只有熟悉继电保护及自动化设备的电磁兼容的标准和技术要求,了解电磁兼容标准发展的动向,才能针对电磁兼容的新要求,采取相应措施降低电磁发射限值并提高抗干扰能力,保证继电保护及自动化设备的品质,做好与国际接轨的工作。 With technology developing, the digital and high-speed micro-processor technique is more and more used in protection and automation devices. There advanced products are taken positive role for power system developing and safety reliable operating. With power system developing, the magnetic environment is became more and more hard, vice versa, it will be influenced the device regular function. IEC makes a lot of works in standards, they are formed a compact standard system. Only if know well the electromagnetic compatible standard, its technical requirement and developing tendency, take corresponding measure to reduce electromagnetic transmit level and increased anti-disturbance ability aim at electromagnetic compatible new requirement, guarantee the devices quality, and ready work with international.
