This paper analyzes the changes and problems arising from ban on free plastic bags in China. It relates solutions to these problems put forward by several national major media in the country. This article focuses on ways to understand and carry out the state policy of ban on free plastic bags as a systematic project and ways to introduce ban on free plastic bags into a benign cycle of improving environment, resources conservation, and cultivating healthy living style.
