摘要
从爱胜蚓中制备药用纤溶酶，经工厂中试．收率为２．５２～２．７４％；纤溶活性为２４３３３～２６５６０ｍｍ２／ｍｇ；水解酪蛋白活性为５９８～６４０ｍＵ／ｍｇ。制备工艺重复性好，操作简易可行。另报道了该酶的一些生化特性和稳定性的研究结果。
The medicinal fibrinolytic enzyme from the earthworm (Eisenia Foetlide) was prepared by enlarged production. The results showed that the yield of the enzyme was 2.52-2.74%;the activity of fibrinolysis and hydrolysis casein was 24333-26560 mm2/mg and 598-640 mU/mg respectively. The re- peatability and yield were also estimated and we con- sider it might be a simple valid method for pharmaceu- tical production. In addition, this paper also reported some biochemical characterization and stability about the medicinal enzyme.
