肾上腺增生性高血压的诊断和外科治疗 被引量：1

摘要 肾上腺增生性高血压是特指病理学基础为肾上腺增生的肾上腺源性高血压肾上腺增生可分为肾上腺皮质增生、肾上腺髓质增生和肾上腺皮质髓质增生三种病理类型，其诊断必须建立在肾上腺激素分泌增多的生化证据基础之上。本文将结合国内外相关文献对肾上腺增生性高血压的诊断和外科治疗作一综述。
