摘要
针对目前房地产市场上的小区规划方案大多是由人工来评价这一现实状况以及由此带来的各种不规范性,提出了一种新的基于支特向量机的小区规划方案评价方法,归纳了小区规划方案具体的评价指标体系及量化方法,并构建了一个基于二叉树的多类分类评价模型。最后,通过仿真实验证明了基于支持向量机的小区规划方案评价模型的可行性和实用性。
For the programme scheme of residential quarter in the real estate market is artifieial evaluation, a new evaluation method of programme scheme of the residential quarter based on support vector machine is presented. After summarizing index system and quantification method in progrmme scheme of residential quarter evaluation,the evaluation model of multiclass classification based on binary tree is raised. The simulation experiments prove the feasibility and practicility of the proposed model.
