摘要
以1.2M/L的咪唑为催化剂,在含10-3M/L氯化汞的中性溶液(pH6.8)中,于70℃定量形成稳定的青霉烯酸硫醇汞盐,在325nm处有最大吸收峰.采用紫外分光光度法测定注射用阿洛西林钠的含量,考察了溶液的pH值、反应温度及时间对含量测定的影响,并与HPLC法(部颁标准)作了比较试验,RSD=0. 47%,n=5;样品含量测定的平均 RSD为 0.85%,n=6。与 HPLC法比较,无显著性差异。
Sodium azlocillinate could be deter- mined using UV spectrophotometry by measurement of its derivative,penicillenic acid mercuric mercaptide, at 325nm. This derivative was yeilded quantitatively by heating at 70 in 1.2mol/L imidaxole and 10-3mol/L mercuric chloride solution at pH6. 8. The precision of the method was 0.47%(RSD). The factors influencing the derivatizing reaction such as pH,time and tempera- ture were investigated.
