摘要
介绍了国内外硬件冗余、分析冗余、时序冗余等传感器故障诊断的各种技术,对传感器故障诊断的方法进行了比较;简要给出了具有代表性的研究成果;叙述了各种故障诊断方法的特点与适用性,并指出了传感器故障诊断的发展趋势。
Kinds of methods for sensor fault diagnosis technology recently are introduced, including hardware redundancy, analytical redundancy, time-series redundancy and so on. The differences among the methods for sensor fault diagnosis technology are comparied, typical research results are illustrated briefly, characteristic and applicability about all of sensor fault diagnosis methods are summarized, and the development trend of sensor fault diagnosis technology is pointed.
