无位置传感器直流无刷电动机控制系统研究 被引量:3

摘要 在分析无位置传感器直流无刷电动机的反电动势换相和启动原理的基础上,建立了利用反电动势换相的换相模块,启动采用"三段式"启动技术。在双闭环调速系统中,电流环采用电流滞环控制,转速环采用PID控制器。仿真结果表明:这种基于反电动势换相的无位置传感器直流无刷电动机控制系统能够正常启动,具有同有位置传感器直流无刷电动机控制系统同样好的静态、动态特性。 Based on the analysis of position sensor brushless DC motor commutation and counter electromotive force starting on the basis of principle, the commutation module is established by a counter electromotive force, a "three steps" start technology is started. In the double-loop speed control system, a current loop current hysteresis Control and PID controller speed ring are used. Simulation results show that the counter electromotive force on the commutation of brushless DC motor position sensor control system can do to the normal starting, a position sensor with a brushless DC motor control system equally has good static and dynamic characteristics.
