摘要
火炮稳定精度决定了坦克炮控系统的性能。针对现有的稳定精度测试手段不足,首次提出了采用陀螺仪为传感器对坦克炮控系统稳定精度进行检测。以陀螺仪为传感器采集火炮角度信号,传送到数据采集电路进行处理,采集到的数据存储在测试仪的电子盘中。在测试仪中可以观察到火炮振动曲线,得到稳定精度,也可以将数据传送到计算机中对数据进一步处理。本检测仪采集到的角度位置与象限仪作比较,测量误差在1.5%以内,能够有效地对稳定精度进行检测。
The stabilization accuracy is crucial to the gun control system of tank. According to the shortages of current measuring ways of stabilization accuracy, a measuring method for stabilization accuracy of tank gun control system using gyroscope as sensor is put forward firstly. The gyroscope gathers angle signals of the gun, and the signals are transmitted to data acquisition circuit,data is stored in electrical disk. The gun vibrating curve can be drawn on screen of test instrument, and stabilization accuracy is gotten. Moreover the measuring data can be transferred to computer for further processing. Compare the measurement values gotten from testing equipment with quadrant readings, the errors are below 1.5 %, so the testing instrument is effective for testing stabilization accuracy.
