摘要 本文采用加入硝酸-硫酸-高氯酸的电热板加热消解方法处理样品,以氢化物原子荧光法测定鱼虾中的总砷,试验了不同酸介质和还原剂用量对测定总砷的影响,选择了仪器最佳工作条件及氢化物发生条件。通过试验,用该法测定了标准物质对虾(GBW08572)中的砷,其结果与推荐值吻合。 The samples were digested with HNO3-H2SO4-HClO4, using the electrical heating plate. Trace As in fish and shrimp were determined with hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The effects of different acid medium and amountof the reducer on determining As were studied. The operating conditions of the instrument and hydride generation were optimized. For the standard reference of shrimp (GBW08572) the results determined by this method were in agreement with the certified values.
