摘要
通过阐述排钉的特点,分析钢排钉与其它排钉生产工艺的不同,进而总结出钢排钉自动化生产主要包括:分离、定向、排列、刷胶、烘干、切断等主要环节。最后分析出钢排钉自动化生产的关键在于定向、排列环节。
The characteristics of the steel arranging nails are presented. The difference of technique of production between the steel arranging nails and others is analyzed. Automatic production of steel arranging nails mostly include aparting, direction finding, arranging, mucus brushing, drying and cutting off, but the direction finding and arranging are the most important.
