Study on the Chemical Constituents of Silene Szechuensis

摘要 目的:研究瓦草的化学成分。方法:利用各种色谱方法对瓦草乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱学数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从瓦草的乙醇提取物中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:sinocrassulosideⅥ(1)、sinocrassulosideⅦ(2)、齐墩果酸(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、油酸-α-单甘油酯(5)、胡萝卜苷(6)、香草酸(7)和对羟基桂皮酸(8)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Silene viscidula Franch,. Methods: Various chromatography methods were used for the isolation of the constituents and their structures were identified by the physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis. Results: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as sinocrassuloside Ⅵ (1), sinocrassuloside Ⅶ (2), oleanolic acid (3),β-sitosterol (4), 2, 3-dihydroxypropyl-9-octadecenoate (5), daucosterol (6), vanillic acid (7), and phydroxycinnamic acid (8) . Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
