对高校学生党员发展工作的几点思考

发展大学生党员是高校党建的重要工作,也是培养德智体全面发展人才的主要途径之一。本文通过分析制约学生党员发展的主要因素,从三方面提出了进一步加强高校党员发展工作的建议。

The work of the Party members development in students at colleges and universities is an important part of the Party development at colleges and universities, and it is one of the main ways to train talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence and physique. By analysing the main constrained foctors of the Party development on students at colleges and universities,this article proposes some proposals in further strengthen development of university Party members from three aspects.
