摘要
研究目的:观察耐力运动和(或)高脂膳食两种因素作用下,雄性大鼠的血清瘦素、睾酮、睾丸重;探讨耐力运动对肥胖诱导的性发育不良及瘦素抵抗的影响.研究方法:健康刚断乳雄性SD大鼠32只随机分为4组:正常饮食对照组(C组)、正常饮食运动组(E组)、高脂膳食组(D组)、运动+高脂膳食组(ErD组);C、E组普通饲料喂养,D、ErD组高脂饲料喂养,E、ErD组进行每日60分钟游泳训练;8周后,检测血清瘦素、睾酮,并分离睾丸,称重;各组间进行比较.研究结果:1)8周试验结束后,大鼠体重D组>ErD组>C组>E组,D组与其他3组比较差异均具有显著性;ErD组高于E组,差异具有显著性;2)血清瘦素水平D组>ErD组>E组>C组,D组、ErD组与对照组之间差异具显著性;3)血清睾酮水平E组>C组>ErD组>D组,D组与C组之间差异具显著性;ErD组高于D组,差异具显著性;4)睾丸重量E组>C组=ErD组>D组,D组与C组间差异具显著性;ErD组高于D组,差异具显著性;5)大鼠血清瘦素水平与睾酮水平呈负相关(r=-0.625,P<0.01);6)大鼠睾酮水平与睾丸重量呈正相关(r=0.746,P<0.01).结论:1)游泳耐力训练对防止高脂膳食雄性大鼠出现肥胖具有一定作用;2)游泳耐力训练对防止高脂膳食雄性大鼠出现睾酮水平下降、睾丸发育不良具有积极作用;3)肥胖-瘦素抵抗可能与肥胖诱导的性发育不良具有一定联系.
Objective: To obese the effects of endurance exercise and/or high-fat diet on weight of testis, serum leptin and testosterone levels in male rats; To study the relationship between endurance exercise and sexual development delay and leptin resistant that related with obesity. Methods: Three-wk-old male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: normal diet control (C), normal diet+ exercise (E), high fat diet (D), exercise+ high fat diet (ErD). C and E groups took normal diet. D and ErD group took high fat diet. E and ErD group swam for 60 minutes every day. After eight weeks, weight of testis, serum leptin and testosterone levels were detected. Results: 1)Body weight in D group was the highest. That in E group was the lowest. That in ErD group was higher than that in C group. Deference was significant. 2)Serum leptin levels in D group were the highest. Those in E group were the lowest. Those in ErD group were higher than that in C group. Except those in E group,serum leptin levels in D group and those in ErD group each made no difference with those in C group. 3)Compared with those in C group,serum testosterone levels in ErD group and D group is lower. Those in D group were the lowest. Difference between D group and C group is significant. 4)Weight of testis in C group was as much as that in ErD group. Compared with that in C group, that in E group was higher, and that in D group was lower. Difference between D group and C group was significant. Weight of testis in ErD group made significant difference with that in D group. 5)Serum leptin level was negatively correlated with serum testosterone level ( r = - 0. 625, P 〈 0.01 ). 6) Serum testosterone level was positively correlated with weight of testis( r = 0. 746, P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: 1 )Endurance swimming exercise can prevent rich fat diet male rats from obesity. 2)Endurance swimming exercise can improve the descent of serum testosterone level and testis dysplasia in high fat diet male rats. 3)Leptin resistance may have relationship with sexual development delay induced by obesity.
